Return Policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit within 28 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale/Clearance items. 

Items must be accompanied by a receipt and original packaging. Original tags must still be attached to item. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bearheart Kids, 243 2nd St S, Kenora ON P9N1G1, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The following clothing and outerwear brands offer a 1 year warranty from date of purchase on manufacturing and material defects:

• Bogs
• Baffin
• Stonz
• Deux Par Deux
• Jan & Jul

Items purchased from any other clothing or outerwear brands that have material/manufacturing defects can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Any items being returned or exchanged due to manufacturing/material defects must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as a paper receipt or online order confirmation email.

Refund or replacements for clothing or outerwear is only applicable on unworn or defective merchandise (example: tear at seam, manufacturing defect, broken zipper, etc.) and NOT applicable for normal wear and tear or tears due to normal play activity (example: tear in fabric due to getting stuck on a branch, kneeling on rocks, discolouring due to sun, etc.). All returns must be accompanied by a receipt/proof of purchase.

Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all underwear, c-section undies, and bras are final sale. No returns/exchanges will be accepted on these items.
